New Resident Notifications for Skilled Trades Appointments
As part of the Authority’s customer service improvement efforts, ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ will now receive the following automatic notifications when their skilled trades tickets are scheduled. Skilled trades are workers who perform specialized repairs, such as painters, plasterers, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians.Â
Notifications via email when skilled trades tickets are: Â
- ³§³¦³ó±ð»å³Ü±ô±ð»å &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
- ¸é±ð²õ³¦³ó±ð»å³Ü±ô±ð»å &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
- Coming up within two weeks (i.e., a reminder email) 
Notifications via mail when skilled trades tickets are: Â
- ³§³¦³ó±ð»å³Ü±ô±ð»å &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
- Coming up within two weeks (i.e., a reminder notice) 
In addition, residents will receive robocall reminders two business days before their scheduled skilled trades appointments with detailed information about the appointment, including the location of the repair and type of work to be performed.Â
